摘要 根据跨流域调水工程供水需求和经济成本关系,提出了供水优化调度最经济模型。在研究动态规划结构特点的基础上,对其适用于优化调水的可行性进行全面分析,并应用多维模型处理复杂的多库多用户供水问题,对其约束条件进行了罚函数处理。通过实例计算,证明了多维动态规划方法是求解此类高维、多约束、非线性问题的有效方法。 Based on the relation of water demand and economic cost for the inter-basin water transfer project,the most economical model of optimal operation of water supply is presented. According to the structural characteristics of dynamic planning, the paper comprehensively analyzes the optimal operation feasibility of inter-basin water transfer, applies the multidimensional model to solve the complex multi-database and multi-user water supply problems and treats the constraint condition by using the penalty function. An example is given to prove that the multidimensional dynamic planning method is the effective method to solve this kind of the high-dimensional, multi-constrained and nonlinear problems.
