摘要
影响堰塞湖群风险性因素包括:堰塞体组成成分、堰塞湖库容规模、溃决高度和宽度、集雨面积和常年洪水、堰塞体上下游边坡稳定性、堰塞体几何形态、堰塞体上下游及左右岸边坡灾害发育情况、堰顶及堰体是否发生冲刷渗流破坏、河道特性、社会属性、技术可行性等。文中主要以绵远河、白沙河、涧河等流域堰塞湖群排险工程为例,定性分析堰塞湖群的风险影响因素。对类似堰塞湖群的应急排险提供了参考。
There are many influencing factors for burst risk of barrier lake groups. It include the composing component of barrier body, the storage capacity of barrier lake, the height and width of burst, the catchment area and perennial flooding, slope stability of up stream and down stream for barrier body, the geometry form of barrier body, the slope disaster development situation of upstream and downstream and left and right rank for barrier body, seepage erosion damage degree for the weir crest and the weir body, the river features, the social attributes,the technical feasibility, and so on. Taking the risk mitigation project of the barrier lake groups in the basins of the Mianyuanhe River, Baishahe River and Jianhe River as an example, the paper qualitatively analyzes the risk influencing factors of barrier lake groups, which could provide the reference for the emergency risk mitigation of the similar barrier lake groups.
