摘要 创新性的构建了都市电网"强馈入弱开机"技术支持体系,掌握了上海电网新常态下的电网运行、设备运行、电源运行的关键技术,主要包括:在电网运行方面,适应高比例外来电下电网安全稳定需求,研究并实践了综合多安全稳定因素的电网最小开机方式安排技术;在设备运行方面,适应高比例外来电下城市电网潮流疏散需求,研究并实践了电缆和变电增容技术;在电源运行方面,适应高比例外来电下电源安全可靠支撑需求,研究并实践了机组优化运行的关键技术。 The article creatively constructed city grid ‘high-level power import and scale-reduced online’ technology supporting system. It grasped key technologies of power grid network operation, equipment operation and power operation under new 〈br〉 normality of shanghai power grid, including adapting to high proportion off-grid of external power grid for safe and stable requirements and studying and practicing minimum starting-up units mode arrangement technology for comprehensive safe and stable factors under the situation of power grid network operation, adapting to high proportion off-grid of external power grid for tide evacuation demand and studying and practicing power cable and transformer capacity-increasing technology under the situation of equipment operation, adapting to high proportion off-grid of external power grid for power safe and stable supporting requirements and studying and practicing key technologies of unit optimization operation under the situation of power operation.
