摘要
节能后评价作为节能评估工作的重要一环,对推动能评制度发展、提高项目能源利用效率发挥着重要作用。目前,节能后评价政策和方法体系尚处于初期探索阶段,此文研究和探索了后评价的概念、工作内容及评价方法等,并为今后节能后评价的发展提出了一些建议,为推动节能后评价工作的研究有着积极的意义。
Energy-saving post-evaluation is an important part of energy-saving evaluation work, which plays an leading role in promoting energy evaluation system development, increasing project energy utilization efficiency. Nowadays energy-saving post-evaluation policy and method system is still in the initial exploration stage. The article studied and explored post-evaluation concept, working content and assessment method to provide some suggestions for energy-saving post-evaluation development, which has positive meaning to promote energy-saving post-evaluation research in the future.
