摘要
研究不同浓度硝普钠(SNP,外源NO)处理对世玛胁迫下强筋小麦幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,为有效控制杂草和提高作物安全性提供新的依据。用不同浓度SNP(0.1、0.2、0.4mmol·L-1)对世玛除草剂胁迫下的小麦幼苗进行处理,研究以上不同浓度SNP处理对世玛胁迫下小麦幼苗株高、根长的影响,分析小麦叶片超氧阴离子自由基、丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果表明,适宜浓度的SNP可以显著提高小麦幼苗株高,显著降低叶片超氧阴离子和丙二醛的含量,增强SOD、POD活性(P<0.05)。外源NO对世玛胁迫下强筋小麦幼苗生长有一定的缓解作用,其中以0.1mmol·L-1 SNP处理效果最为明显。
The effects of different concentration of SNP(exogenous NO donor) on growth and physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings were studied under the sigma stress,which provided a new approach to control the weeds and improve crop safety. Wheat seedlings, under the sigma stress,were treated with different SNP concentration(0.1,0.2, 0.4 mmol·L-1). We investigated the effects of different concentration of SNP on plant height and root length in sig- ma-stressed of wheat seedling and analysed the changes of the O2-. and MDA content,the activities of SOD and POD of wheat leaves. The results showed that different concentrations of SNP could significantly increase the plant height of wheat seedlings,decrease the content of O2-. and MDA,and increase the activities of SOD and POD(P〈0.05). It suggested that exogenous NO had certain relieving role on the growth of strong gluten wheat seedlings under Sigma stess, especially after being treated by 0.1 mmol·L-1 SNP.
