“枣保1号”对壶瓶枣果实品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究"枣保1号"在防治枣黑顶病时对壶瓶枣果实营养品质的影响,于2013年在太谷县万亩红枣基地的示范枣园喷施了"枣保1号",在壶瓶枣果实近成熟期测定Vc含量、硬度、可食用率、总糖含量、总酸含量、含水量、蛋白质含量、可溶性固形物和百果重9个营养相关指标。结果表明:"枣保1号"可以极显著或显著提高壶瓶枣果实的Vc含量、硬度、可食用率和总糖含量4个品质指标,比对照组分别提高了12.51%、23.15%、2.09%和14.70%。试验结果为"枣保1号"的进一步推广应用提供了理论依据。 In order to study the effects on the fruit quality of "Huping" jujube using "Jujube Protection No. 1" in controlling the jujube black tip disease," Jujube Protection No. 1" were sprayed on the jujube trees in the demonstration ochards in Taigu jujube industrial base. Nine nutrition related indicators, which were Vc content, hardness, edible rate, total sugar content, total acid content, water content, protein content, soluble solids and fruit weight were studied during the ripe season. The results showed that spraying "Jujube Protection No. 1" could improve four quality indexes, namely Vc content,hardness, edible rate and total sugar content significantly, which were increased by 12.51%, 23.15%, 2.09% and 14. 70% ,respectively. The results provide a theoretical basis for further application of "Jujube Protection No. 1" .
