有机磷农药敌敌畏中毒对大鼠胰腺损害的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的确定急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)与大鼠胰腺损害是否存在因果关系或量效关系,从而指导临床救治。方法将60只大鼠随机分为对照组、敌敌畏低剂量组和敌敌畏高剂量组,观察大鼠给药6 h及24 h血清胆碱酯酶、淀粉酶变化,并结合中毒24 h大鼠的胰腺病理结果,分析大鼠有机磷农药中毒与胰腺损害的关系。结果与对照组比较,敌敌畏低、高剂量组的胆碱酯酶含量逐渐降低,淀粉酶含量逐渐升高,胰腺病理学评分逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论有机磷农药敌敌畏中毒可引起大鼠急性胰腺炎,且农药浓度越高胰腺炎症改变越重。 Objective To determine whether there is a causal relationship or dose-response relationship between AOPP and pancreatic injury in rats so as to guide the clinical treatment.Methods Sixty rats were randomized into normal control group,low dose group and high dose group.Cholinesterase and amylase levels of rats were recorded in 6 hours and 24 hours after administration.The relationship between AOPP and pancreatic injury in rats was analyzed based on the data of cholinesterase and amylase changes 6 hours and 24 hours after administration in combination with pancreatic pathological results of rats 24 hours after administration.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of cholinesterase were gradually reduced and the levels of amylase and pathological grading were gradually increased in the other two groups.Conclusions AOPP can result in acute pancreatitis in rats,and the severity of pancreatic injury is associated with pesticide concentration.
