他汀类药物在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的作用

The role of statins in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:拓展他汀类药物的临床应用及为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)治疗提供新方案。方法:通过万方数据-数字化期刊群、中文科技期刊数据库(维普)、Pubmed、CNKI等数据库,收集1999-2015年关于他汀类药物治疗COPD的文献。结果:通过病例回顾性研究、队列研究等方法,发现他汀类药物在COPD治疗中具有应用价值。结论:他汀类药物对COPD有潜在治疗作用,可改善肺功能、预防并发症、提高患者的生活质量,可降低发病率及死亡率。

Objective：To expand clinical application of statins and provide new solutions for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods：Through the access of Wanfang data-digitalization Journals,Chinese Science and Technology Journals Database（Weipu）,Pubmed,CNKI and other databases,literature about statins treatment of COPD were collected from 1999 to 2015.Results：By case-control studies,cohort studies and other methods,it was found that statins could be applied in the treatment of COPD.Conclusion：Statins have potential therapeutic effect for the treatment of COPD,and can reduce morbidity and mortality,improve lung function,prevent complications and improve the life quality of patients.
