摘要目的:分析2006-2013年抗抑郁药在武汉地区的应用情况和发展趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量分析法,对武汉地区32家医院2006-2013年所用抗抑郁药的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果:8年来,武汉地区抗抑郁药总体用药金额和DDDs逐年升高,选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)和选择性5-羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂(SNRIs)的用药金额和DDDs位居前列,三环类抗抑郁药的用药金额和DDDs下降。结论:SSRIs和SNRIs因为良好的疗效和较低的不良反应发生率已经成为抗抑郁治疗的一线药物,其他新型抗抑郁药发展较快,经典抗抑郁药的使用呈下降趋势。 Objective：To analyze the utilization and developing tendency of antidepressants in Wuhan area from 2006to2013.Methods：Consumption sum,use frequency（DDDs）and defined daily cost（DDC）of antidepressants in 32 hospitals in Wuhan area from 2006 to 2013were analyzed with defined daily dose（DDD）analysis method.Results：Consumption sum and DDDs of antidepressants increased year by year.The consumption sum and DDDs of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors（SSRIs）and selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors（SNRIs）ranked the first,while those of tricyclic antidepressants（TCAs）decreased year by year.Conclusion：SSRIs and SNRIs have become first-line antidepressants clinically due to their good efficacy and low incidence of adverse drug reactions.Other novel antidepressants developed quickly,and the application of classical antidepressants displays a downtrend.
