饮酒对营养性肥胖大鼠心肌功能的影响

Effects of drinking on myocardial function in nutritional obesity rats

目的:研究不同浓度的白酒对大鼠心肌酶以及心肌结构的影响。方法:将50只SD大鼠随机分为五组:高脂对照组,20%白酒高脂组,40%白酒高脂组,60%白酒高脂组,空白对照组,每组10只。以高脂饲料喂养建立SD大鼠营养性肥胖模型,用不同浓度白酒和生理盐水对各组进行灌胃1周,摘眼取血检验血清磷酸肌酸激酶杂化型CK-MB,取其心脏制作切片。结果:20%白酒组,40%白酒组,60%白酒组CK-MB值与高脂对照组、空白对照组CK-MB值比较升高(P<0.05)。高脂白酒组心肌标本出现少量炎细胞浸润,水肿,胞浆聚集,肌丝断裂,横纹消失现象,可判断为梗死前病变。结论:饮酒对营养性肥胖大鼠心肌细胞损伤具有剂量依赖性。

Objective：To study the effects of different concentrations of alcohol on cardiac enzymes and cardiac structure in rats.Methods：Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups：hyperlipidemia rats control group,hyperlipidemia rats group with20% alcohol intake,hyperlipidemia rats group with 40% alcohol intake,hyperlipidemia rats group with 60% alcohol intake,normal control group.The nutritional obesity rat model was established by feeding high-fat diet.Intragastric administration of different concentrations of alcohol and saline were performed for each group for 1week,then blood tests were done to detect CK-MB value by taken out of the eyes,and myocardial histological slices were made and observed.Results：The value of CK-MB increased significantly in hyperlipidemia rats groups with 20%,40%,60% alcohol intake compared with hyperlipidemia rats control group,normal control group（P0.05）.Myocardial slices of alcohol groups showed a small amount of inflammatory cellinfiltration,edema,cytoplasmic aggregation,filament breakage and disappearance of transverse striation.These can be considered as preinfarction lesions.Conclusion：This study shows that the effects of alcohol on cardiac pathology injury depend on the concentration of alcohol in nutritional obesity rat models.
