开放教育工商管理专业综合实践环节教学改革研究

Research on Comprehensive Practice Teaching Reform of Business Administration Major in Open Education

实践教学是远程开放教育人才培养质量保障的关键环节,对学生综合素质与实践能力的提高有着重要的作用。工商管理专业是实践性较强的专业,其实践教学模式的改革与创新是远程开放教育发展亟待破解的难题。文章结合电大教学及管理工作实践,从电大远程开放教育工商管理专业实践教学的改革背景和目的谈起,主要阐述了实践环节教学存在的问题,教学改革的原则建立、内容形成、实践意义以及质量评估等相关内容,对该专业实践环节的教学改革进行了初步探索。

Practice teaching is the key point for personnel training quality assurance in distance and open education, and also plays an important role to improve their overall qualities and practical abilities. Business Administration major is an major with strong professional practicalness, whose reform and innovation in practice teaching model is the challenge to be cracked in the development of open and distance education. Combining with TV university education and management practices, and starting form the practice teaching reform background and purpose of Business Administration major in TV university distance and open Education, this paper mainly elaborates the problems in practice teaching, the establishment of teaching reform principles, content formation, practical significance, quality evaluation and other related contents, which makes a primary exploration on the practice teaching reform.
