Non- diploma education is an important part of lifelong education. Playing the advantage of opening,distance,and sharing of TVU education,using the rich teaching resources and strong teachers of TVU is a powerful guarantee to realize non- diploma education. TVU has built up an open teaching platform of ＂ Sky- net,Earth-net,and People- net＂,which is a strong support to the non- diploma education to explore a running mode combining diploma education with non- diploma education of fitting the development of TVU——the essential way to realize the sustainable development of TVU.
