摘要 关于中小学教师培训课程模式研究用以解决中小学教师培训课程模式的最优化问题,以此来保证中小学教师继续教育培训的质量。中小学教师培训课程模式具有重大价值,培训课程模式研究的结构决定了中小学教师培训课程模式的主要内容。中小学教师培训课程模式研究和对网络平台课程运行体系的研究能够为现代远程继续教育培训探索一条课程学习与管理的有效途径。 The research on the training course model for primary and secondary school teachers is used to solve the op- timization problem of primary and secondary school teachers training model in order to guarantee the quality of prima- ry and secondary school teachers'continuing education training. The training course model has important value for pri- mary and secondary school teachers. The structure of the training course model research determines the main content of the training course model for primary and secondary school teachers. The research on the training course model for primary and secondary school teachers and the study of network platform operation system can explore an effective way of course learning and management for modem distance continuing education training.
