摘要
选取河南省515名高校教师对其工作倦怠情况进行调研,结果显示:高校教师工作倦怠在性别、工作类型、学历等人口统计学变量方面不存在显著性差异,在教龄、职称等人口统计学变量方面存在显著性差异,应重点关注教龄在6-10年的、中高级职称的、未婚的高校教师。
By choosing 515 colleges and Universities teachers in Henan province to research the job burnout situation, the result shows that the demographic variables of colleges and universities teaehers'job burnout have no significant differences in gender, type of job, educational background, and etc, but there are significant differences in teaching age, professional titles and etc. Therefore, we should focus on the colleges and universities teachers who have 6 - 10 -year teaching experience, have senior professional titles, and are unmarried.
