A Model Research on the Cooperation and Innovation of Local Institution of Higher Learning in Shanxi

地方行业高校协同创新既有利于高校持续发展,也可对区域经济发展、行业技术进步作出巨大的贡献。着眼于实现地方行业高校与企业、科研院所、政府等的合作,探求结构合理、机制灵活的创新体系,文章阐述了协同创新体制机制建设与具体实现途径,为地方行业高校实现内涵发展,增强其科技贡献力提供参考方向与可借鉴的经验。

The cooperation and innovation of local institution of higher learning is beneficial to school g stable develop- ment, local economy and technical innovation. The article focuses on the cooperation among local institution, enter- prise, scientific research institution and local government. It searches for a new innovation system which is more rea- sonable and flexible. The article deals with the construction of the institutional system of cooperation and innovation and the concrete steps to realize it. The author hopes to provide directions and experiences for the school＇s develop- ment, and also hopes the school could do its bit for scientific research.
