论韩信为人处事中的“怯”与“傲”

A Study on "Timidity" and "Arrogance" of Han Xin

韩信作为一代名将,在战场上奇计智谋信手拈来,屡战屡胜。他常示人以怯懦的一面,让敌人不把他放在眼里,继而乘胜追击取得战争胜利。但在生活中韩信为人却常表现出傲慢自大的一面,给他人造成一种有为的观念,从而对其时时警惕,以致疑心暗生,最终导致了他的悲惨结局。"怯"与"傲"这一对矛盾体,同时出现在韩信一人身上,现拟从这一矛盾表现的角度入手,对这一现象进行深度剖析。

Han Xin, a well - known General, won every battle with skillful use of tactics. His frequently and deliber- ately showing cowardice made enemies underestimate him, thus chasing the enemies and winning the victory. Howev- er, Han Xin behaved so arrogantly in front of the public that others thought he was ambitious, which caused people to alert to him, and eventually led to his tragic ending. ＂Timidity＂ and ＂arrogance＂, this pair of contradiction, ap- peared in Han Xin at the same time. Now starting from this pair of paradox, this paper attempts to deeply probe into the phenomenon.
