高校图书馆难以对社会开放的原因探究

Probe into the Reasons of University Library Is Hard to Open to the Society

作为社会公共资源的一部分,高校图书馆具有服务社会的职能。通过对我国高校图书馆向社会开放现状的调查分析,发现其面向社会开放程度很低,对阻碍高校图书馆向社会开放的原因进行了研究探讨。

As a part of social public resources, the university library has the social service functions. By the investiga- tion and analysis of the current situation of the university libraryg openness to society, this paper finds out that its openness to society is very low, and also studies the reason that the university library is blocked to open to the society.
