淮安高新技术产业发展研究

Research of High- Technology Industry Development

我国高新技术产业经过二十多年的发展,已经成为国家技术创新体系的最重要部分,在科技创新、培育高新技术产业、推动区域经济增长等方面发挥了显著作用。发展高新技术产业对于淮安等苏北后发地区的经济社会发展来说具有重要意义。目前淮安高新技术产业的发展仍处于初级阶段,借鉴国内外研究高新技术产业的理论成果,分析淮安高新技术产业的发展现状,指出其发展过程中存在的一些问题,进而提出加快淮安高新技术产业发展的对策建议,以促进淮安高新技术产业的跨越发展。

After over 20 years of development,the high- tech industry in our country has become the most important part of the national technology innovation system. It has played a significant role in the aspects of the innovation of science and technology,cultivating high- tech industry,and promoting regional economic growth. It is of great significance for the economic and social development in the less- developed regions like Huai’an in Northern Jiangsu province to develop high- tech industry which at present is still at the primary stage. Based on the theoretic research results of domestic and foreign high- tech industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the high- tech industry in Huai’an,points out some problems existing in the process of its development. Some countermeasures for accelerating the development of high- tech industry in Huai ’an are put forward with the purpose of achieving the leaping development.
