高校创新创业文化培育探究

The Cultivation of University Innovative and Entrepreneurial Culture

21世纪是创新创业的世纪,创新创业是经济、社会发展的根本驱动力。创新型国家建设和中华民族的伟大复兴梦必须要有强大的、先进的文化来支撑、来驱动、来引领,创新创业文化是先进文化的重要时代内涵。高校是先进知识、先进文化特别是创新创业文化的生产主阵地,培养大学生的创新创业精神和能力成为新时期高校的重要使命。高校创新创业文化培育可以从以下方面进行:培育崇尚科学、追求真理的使命文化;提倡变革、推崇创新的观念文化;实事求是、敢于批判的理性文化;百花齐放、百家争鸣的竞争文化;鼓励冒险、宽容失败的心态文化。

The twenty- first Century is an age of innovation and entrepreneuring that fundamentally promote the development of economy and society. The foundation of an innovative country and the great rejuvenation of Chinese dream must be propped up,driven and led by advanced culture. Innovative and entrepreneurial culture is advanced culture showing up important historical connotation. Colleges are the main position where advanced knowledge,advanced culture,especially innovative and entrepreneurial cultures are produced. Cultivating college students’ innovative spirit and ability has become an important mission of colleges in the new period. In colleges,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial culture can be carried out from the following aspects： the mission culture of advocating science and pursuing the truth; the idea culture of advocating transformation and holding innovation in esteem; the rational culture of being practical,realistic and critical; the competition culture of contending diverse thinking,and the attitude culture of encouraging adventures and tolerating failures.
