摘要
分析了机织物延伸性能的各种影响因素及延伸性能与各因素之间的解析关系.以假设分析为出发点,建立了平纹机织物结构的微元理论模型并进行数理分析,得出了纱线细度、弹性、体积质量、织物的紧度等因素与机织物延伸性之间的数理关系.对平纹机织物的延伸性及延伸性的影响因素进行测定,对比预测值与实测值,得出两者的相关性,分析得出理论模型的可行性并通过数据确定了模型的适用范围.
The factors that influence the extensibility of fabrics and relationship between the extensibility of the woven fabrics and the factors were analyzed in this paper. A theoretical model of micro-element of woven fabrics structure based on the research hypothe-sis was established and analyzed. In order to get the mathematical relationship between extensibility of fabrics and the factors of yarn fineness,elasticity,volume weight,fabric tightness,etc. the extensibility of the fabrics and the factors were determined experimental-ly,the predicted value and the measured value were compared to get the correlation of the two factors. The feasibility of the theoretical model and the scope of the model were determined according to the experiment data.
