浅析当前高职创业教育存在的问题及对策

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures in Current Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges

随着国家对大学生创业教育的重视,创业教育已成为理论界研究的热点。高职创业教育可以有效地带动就业,增加社会财富,推动教育改革,为学生创业打下基础。当前我国高职创业教育存在不系统,师资缺乏且质量不高,缺少创业实践平台等问题。完善高职创业教育的系统性,合理规划创业教育课程体系,培养数量充足且专业化的创业教育师资队伍,建立创业教育实践平台,使创业教育做到理实结合将成为解决这一系列问题的有效途径。

As payed special attention to by the state,entrepreneurship education to college students has become a hot topic of research in the theoretical field. Entrepreneurship education of vocational education can effectively promote the employment,increase social wealth,promote the educational reform to lay the foundation for students＇ entrepreneurship. In the current entrepreneurship education in our vocational colleges,however,there are a lot of problems such as unsystematic relevant education,lack of teachers,undergrade teaching resources,lack of entrepreneurship practice platform,etc. The effective way to solve the problems is that theory is linked with practice in entrepreneurship education by perfecting enterprise education system in vocational colleges,planning rationally curriculum system,training enough professional teachers and establishing practice platforms for entrepreneurship education.
