大学生就业观念转变的决定因素及动力机制分析以川渝地区为例

摘要 在市场转型与社会阶层固化的背景下,大学生的就业观念发生了一定的转变。决定其转变的主要因素则是社会环境中阶层固化的日益严重与市场机制提供的公平渠道。通过对川渝地区大学生的调研,发现社会阶层固化在一定程度上阻碍了大学生顺利就业,而市场转型提供的相应渠道又从一定层面上为自身人力资本高的大学生提供了机会,缓解了总体就业的压力。两种主要因素互相影响,构成大学生就业观念转变的动力机制,发挥着潜在的巨大作用。 Under the background of market transition and social class solidification,the transformation of employment concept of undergraduates' has taken placed to a certain extent. The determining factors of their transformation are the fair accesses both in more serious class solidification of social environment and provided by market mechanism. Through the investigation of undergraduates of Sichuan and Chongqing Districts,we come to a conclusion that the social class solidification hinders undergraduate'successful employment to certain degrees while the relevant channels created by market transition provide opportunities for undergraduates with high human capital in? a particular? level,which relieves the pressure of the whole employment situation. The main factors interact to form the dynamic mechanism promoting the transformation of undergraduates' employment concept conceptions and to play an important potential role.
