摘要
滚珠丝杠副整体的动力学特性很难完全用解析方法进行求解,采用有限元方法能很好得对滚珠丝杠副开展相关分析。以滚珠丝杠副整体为研究对象,分析了螺母运动到丝杠不同位置时的模态,得到了对应的固有频率和振型,以期为滚珠丝杠副的设计与选用提供一定参考。
Dynamic characteristics of the whole model of ball screws can not be finished completely by analytic way. So it is necessary to analyze ball screws with finite element method. Taking the whole model of ball screws as research object,this paper analyzes the model of nut movement to different positions of screws and achieves corresponding intrinsic frequency and vibration model. The result is valuable for the design and selection of ball screws.
