摘要
本文以煤层瓦斯抽放钻进系统作为研究对象,综合考虑钻头的受力情况,钻杆的结构特点、边界条件及钻压、钻速、自重、摩擦力、浮力等载荷作用的影响,应用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了包含钻杆、孔壁、钻头、煤岩的钻进系统有限元模型,对煤层瓦斯抽采作业中的煤岩内部在受到切削破坏后的渐进变化及钻头、钻杆的运动、受力情况进行仿真分析。仿真结果阐明了煤岩的破坏规律和钻头受力情况及运动规律,对实际工况下的钻具—煤岩系统优化具有一定指导意义。
Coal seam gas drilling system as research object is studied. Considering the structural features of drill bit-drill string, boundary conditions and drill press, drill speed, gravity, friction, drilling fluid buoyancy and other loads, then model the nonlinear dynamic model of drill tool-coal rock system. The drilling system is modeled by FEM software ABAQUS which include drilling string, wall, drill bits, coal rock. Analysis for gradual change of coal rock and motion, force of drill string and drill bit which in the process of drilling. Finally, the failure law of coal rock and the motion of drill bit have been demonstrated by simulation results,it is both effective and useful.
