摘要
采用五因素二次正交旋转组合试验设计,研究种植密度、施氮量、施磷量、施钾量和施钙量等5个栽培因素对春花生新品种莆花2号品质的影响。结果表明,当对蛋白质的需求高时,降低花生种植密度的同时,也应适当控制氮肥用量,当对脂肪含量需求高时,调整氮肥施用量的同时提高花生种植密度;减少钙肥施用量可提高油酸含量。本试验可为实现不同花生内在品质需求栽培方案的制定提供参考。
An experiment designed with orthogonal rotation regression method of 5 factors (plant-ing density, N, K2 O, CaO, P2 O5 ) was adopted to study the effect of the 5 factors on the quality of a new peanut variety Puhua2.The results showed: To improve protein content, the peanut planting density should be reduced, and the application amount of nitrogen fertilizer should be controlled.In order to improve the fat content, nitrogen application amount should be adjusted, and the peanut planting density should be improved; in order to improve the content of oleic acid, the application a-mount of calcium fertilizer should be reduced.The results are helpful to make cultivation plans accord-ing to different peanut quality requirements.
