摘要
由于我国铁路全面提速及高速、重载道岔的推广应用,既有站场普通的直流电动道岔陆续更换为三相交流液压道岔。分析直流电动道岔更换为三相交流液压道岔时遇到的电路设计问题,提出单动直流改交流液压、多动道岔部分改交流液压和多动道岔全部改交流液压几种情况,探讨道岔启动电路、表示电路的设计方法与思路。
Because of speed-up of exiting railways and the application of high-speed and heavy-haul switches in our country, the conventional DC electric switches are replaced by three-phase AC hydraulic switches in succession. This paper analyzes the design problem during the replacement, and puts forward the three aspects of the replacement, including changing single-working DC switches to AC hydraulic switches, changing partially double-working switches to AC hydraulic switches and changing totally double-working switches to AC hydraulic switches. It also discusses the design methods and ideas of switch starting circuit and indication circuit.
