The Rigid-flexible Coupled Modeling of CNC Servo System

摘要 基于虚拟样机技术和联合仿真技术建立了数控机床机电系统的刚柔耦合模型,并阐述了进给系统、控制系统的建模方法,建立起了CNC伺服控制系统的刚柔机电耦合联合仿真模型,基于模型对进给系统相关特性进行了分析测试。 Based on the technology of virtual prototype technology and joint simulation established rigid flexible coupling model of the mechanical and electrical system of CNC machine tool,and expounds the feeding system,control system modeling method, establish the CNC servo control system of rigid flexible coupled electromechanical co simulation model,based on the model test and analysis of the relevant characteristics of the feed system.
