基于激光双测头的印铁涂层厚度检测机械装置的设计

摘要 根据金属薄板印刷的性能要求和技术指标,设计了一种新型的基于激光双测头的印铁涂层厚度检测装置。介绍了该装置的工作原理,并分别对其两大关键机构——X向金属薄板传送机构和Y向扫描测厚机构的组成、特征及工作过程进行详细阐述。实验表明:该装置具有测量精度高、工作性能稳定等优点,满足印铁涂层厚度的检测要求。 According to the performance requirement and the technical specification of the sheet metal printing,a new detecting device for the coating thickness of iron printing based on double-head laser was designed. The working principle of this device was introduced,and the composition characteristic as well as working process of this device's two key institutions which were transport of X to the sheet metal body and Y scanning for thickness measurement mechanism were described in detail respectively. The experiments show that this system has the advantages of high precision,stable performance and so on. It can meet the requirements of detecting coating thickness of iron printing.
