主减速器总成气密性测试机构的设计及实现

摘要 主要介绍了通过设计、制造一个自动加载机构,配合气密性测试仪器,实现主减速器总成密封性的自动化在线检测,使机械设备代替人工吊装操作,减少操作人员,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,保证产品质量。该设计为在线测试提供了一个可行的方案,在制造行业具有广泛的推广价值。 In this paper,an automatic online testing to achieve the mian differential carrier assembly tightness is proposed by designing an automatic loading mechanism with the tightness test equipment. Using this online testing,manual lifting operations was replaced by mechanical equipment,and operational personnel and production costs were reduced,and production efficiency was improve,and the product quality was assurance. This design provides a feasible solution for online testing,with a wide range of promotional value in the manufacturing industry.
