摘要
采用UGNX的PDW模块,从数据的导入和处理、钣金零件的准备、工艺设计、结构设计等主要流程介绍支撑架多工位级进模的设计过程。实践表明模具数字化设计方法的工艺智能化仿真程度高,能够及时地发现设计错误并进行模具设计的修改,大大地提高了设计效率。该套模具投入生产后,运行良好,生产的制件完全满足客户要求。
Using the PDW module of UGNX,the design procedure of multi-position progressive die of the support frame was introduced along the main flows from data import and processing,preparation of sheet metal parts,process design and structure design. The practice showed that the digital design method of die had high degree of intelligent simulation of the process,the design errors could be timely found and modified,which greatly improved the design efficiency. The die ran well when put into production,and the products completely met customers' requirements.
