摘要
利用故障树分析方法对柴油机润滑系统典型进行了故障分析,找出了柴油机润滑系统典型故障的关键原因。结合故障现象,根据柴油机的结构和原理,给出柴油机润滑系统的故障预防方法,为柴油机的使用与维护保养提供了依据。
The reasons for typical failures of diesel engine lubrication system were analyzed by fault tree analysis,and the key reasons of typical failures of diesel engine were revealed. By combing failure modes,according to structure and working theory of diesel engine,failure preventive methods of starting failures of lubrication system were proposed,which can be used as diagnosis assessments for diesel engine.
