碳包覆Ag纳米颗粒材料的制备与光学性能研究

摘要 采用磁控溅射成功制备了碳包覆Ag纳米颗粒材料,并利用SEM、TEM及UV-vis等手段研究了其形貌、结构和光学性能。结果表明Ag纳米颗粒被完全包覆在碳颗粒之中。该碳包覆纳米颗粒壳-核结构材料在特定波长处呈现特征吸收性能。 In this paper,carbon-encapsulated Ag nanoparticles(CEAg Ns)were successfully synthesized by a plasma enhanced magnetron sputtering. The morphology, microstructure and optical property of the CEAg Ns were characterized using transmission electron microscope,scan electron microscope,and UV-Vis absorption spectrum.The results show that the metal NPs with narrow size distribution were encapsulated by the amorphous carbon nanospheres. The UV-Vis absorption spectra of the CEAg Ns reveal strong absorption bands around 420 nm due to the surface plasmon resonance of the Ag nanoparticles.
