基于受损桥式起重机的检验探讨

Inspection for the Damaged Bridge Crane

桥式起重机是起重机械里应用十分广泛的设备品种之一,如果桥式起重机受损,将影响其正常运行,因此必须对其进行检验检测,下文笔者根据实际工作经验,首先分析桥式起重机受损失效的类型特点及其失效模式,再进一步探究逆向工程原理及其在检验中的应用,最后提出修复受损桥式起重机的办法。

Bridge crane is one of hoisting machinery and it is widely used in the many fields,if the bridge crane is damaged,it can＇t operate normally. Therefore,we must take actions to test it. Below the author will analyze the failure types and failure modes of damaged bridge crane,and then explore the application of reverse-engineer in the test of damaged bridge crane,and finally will put forward the methods to repair the damaged bridge crane.
