摘要
京津冀协同发展为三地开展科技创新协同发展创造了条件,科技创新协同发展离不开科技金融的支持。文章分析了科技金融支持对科技创新的支持作用,以及京津冀科技金融支持的发展现状与问题,提出了京津冀科技创新协同发展的金融支持的设计思路,同时给出了通过建立相关法律体系、拓展银行网络、提供科技金融服务平台和搭建融资互助联盟等方式构建京津冀科技协同创新的科技金融支持方案。
The collaborative development strategy of Jing-Jin-Ji has provided opportunities for the collaborative development of the three regions in science and technology innovation. Technology finance is necessary for the collaborative development of science and technology. The article analyzed the supporting function of technology finance to the science and technology innovation, the current situation and problems of technology finance support in Jing-Jin-Ji, thus proposed a design of the technology finance for Jing-Jin-Ji technology innovation collaboration, and a plan for the finance support Jing-Jin-Ji technology collaboration, from the perspectives of establishing the relevant legal system, expanding banking network, providing technology finance services platform and building mutual finance support alliances.
