As one of the traditions and advantage of our Party, the Mass Line is the best theoretical achievement which should be contin-ued and innovated in the new period . It brought giant vitality and vigor to the Reform and Opening up . Since the Reform and Opening up , the concept of the mass and the people in Mass Line had achieved further expanding , the people-oriented Mass Line had been devel-oped . The People-oriented , pragmaticism and honesty is the new content of the Mass Line.
