摘要
近年来"学困生"转化引起了教育部门的重视。但是在具体的工作之中依然存在对"学困生"认识不全面,转化工作中忽视环境对"学困生"的影响,缺乏对"学困生"动态研究等问题。生态系统理论则对"学困生"转化给予很大启示。为了有效地转化"学困生",可以从以下几点做起:从家庭、学校入手,营造良好的微系统环境;建立良好的师生关系、亲子关系等,构建和谐的中系统环境;努力避免外系统和宏系统的不良环境因素对"学困生"的消极影响。
Recently,"poor students"transformation has been brought into the focus of educational departments. Still, there are problems remaining unsolved, such as the incomplete knowledge of"poor students",neglecting the effect of environment on"poor students"during transforming process, and lack of dynamic study of those students. While the ecological systems theory seems to have some instructive perspective on this field. We can start the work with creating a good microsystem in families and schools, building up the relationships be-tween students and parents or teachers;constructing a harmonious mesosystem;and avoiding the bad influence of negative factors in ex-osystem and macrosystem on"poor students", in order to effectively transform"poor students".
