In recent years, the employment situation of college students became more and more serious, and it has become a major politi-cal issue of economic and social development in our country. So , employers should keep a scientific person-employing view and provide more employment opportunity;higher university should have people-oriented idea and improve the level of employment service;under-graduates should strengthen their ability of employment .
