现代远程开放教育下网上教学资源建设存在的问题研究——以齐齐哈尔市广播电视大学为例

The Problems Exists in the Construction of Online Teaching Resources under the Background of Modern Distance Opening Education——Taking Qiqihar TV & Radio University as an Example

现代远程教育下的网上教学资源通常理解为利用互联网发布的各类教学信息、课程资源信息。随着国家开放大学教育、教学规模的不断扩大,各级电大都利用现代远程教育对网上教学资源进行大规模的数字化资源建设,但是师生针对各级电大网络教学资源的学习利用率并不算高,存在网上教学资源的闲置、点击率不高等现象。

Normally, online teaching resources in modern distance education are known as a variety of teaching information and course resource information. Along with the opening college education and expanding scope of education, all grade of Radio＆Television uni-versities use the modern distance education to build the massive digital resource in online teaching resource. However, the utilization of online teaching resource by all grade of Radio and Television universities is not high, unused online teaching resource and low hit does exist.
