社会组织的功能越来越大,培育社会组织的任务也成为提高社会治理能力的一项极其重要的任务。近年来,泰州在社会组织培育方面积累了一定的经验,但也存在一些问题。如何科学、高质量地培育社会组织,增强社会组织能力,承接政府转移的部分职能?最重要的是实施好群众需求导向策略,实施好多元主体培育策略,实施好社会组织繁殖、复制策略,实施好社会组织能力提升策略,实施好社会组织管理完善策略。通过五大策略的实施,提升社会组织培育水平。

As social organizations play a more and more important role,fostering the growth of social organizations has become an important task.In recent years,the city of Taizhou in Jiangsu Province has gained considerable experience in this field although there are still problems.To foster the growth of social organizations and enhance their capability so that they may take over some government functions,it is important to proceed from demand,to foster various kinds of social organizations,to reproduce or replicate when applicable,to enhance the capability of social organizations,and to exercise good management over these organizations.These strategies have effectively promoted nurturing of social organizations.
