基于社会资本理论的小微企业融资分析模型探讨

Study on the Models about Financing of Small and Micro Enterprises under the Perspective of Social Capital

社会资本理论对小微企业融资分析提供了一个新的视角,通过在"熟人社会"构建的信用体系改善了小微企业融资问题,促进资本流动,提升资本利用效率;本文通过设计一个基于博弈的"声誉模型",从理论上证明了社会资本理论在小微企业融资问题的有效解释,但不可避免的是,信息不对称可能会导致"道德风险"和"逆向选择"的结果。

The social capital theory provides a new perspective to analyse the financing of small and micro enterprises（SMEs）.And the social credit system built in the＂Acquaintance Community＂would improve the situation of the SMEs＇finance;improve the flow ability and the efficiency of capital.The article would like to prove the effectiveness of social capital in the field of solving the financing problems of SMEs theoretically through an＂Honor Model＂based on the Game Theory.But the＂moral hazard＂and＂adverse selection＂may be inevitable because of the asymmetric information.
