New-type Urbanization:Integration of Industries and Townships

推进城镇化是解决农业、农村、农民问题的重要途径,是促进现代化发展的必由之路。新型城镇化道路,必须有产业支撑,有了产业才能就业,"乐业"才能"安居",这是促进农民融入城市的关键。为了实现这个目标,就要坚持"减少农民,富裕农民"的大方向不动摇,深化农村土地制度改革,推进城乡公共服务均等化,努力走出一条以人为本、四化同步、优化布局、生态文明、文化传承的中国特色新型城镇化道路。

Urbanization provides an effective solution to problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It is also inevitable for the goal of modernization.The road of urbanization must be supported by industrial development,without which employment would be impossible.Farmers cannot identify themselves with urban life as long as they are unemployed.To achieve the goal of urbanization,we must stick to the policy of reducing the number of farmers and enabling them to become better-off.We must also deepen the reform of rural land system,promote the urban-rural equalization with regard to public service,and develop a new way of urbanization featuring Chinese characteristics.
