摘要
本文结合教育教学实践和当前形势,重新审视高校全员育人的重要性和必要性,分析现实问题,提出从完善评价体系着手,以教师育人工作量化机制和院系思政工作考核评比机制为抓手,多元化育人工作模式为路径,构建符合高校实际的全员育人运作体系。
This paper,based on the teaching practice and the current situation,reexamines the importance and necessity of the operation system,in which universities will carry out staff cultivation that can be metrizable.It analyzes the realistic problems,and furthermore explores an operation system that is suitable for universities to carry out staff cultivation,in which we evaluate the work of teachers with metrizable mechanism,and evaluate the work of departments through comparison and appraisal,forming multiple patterns of staff cultivation.
