摘要
文章根据集灌路分离式立交桥结构特点及病害情况,设计采用与老桥相同结构类型的新桥进行拼宽,并采用高强不锈钢铰线网-渗透性聚合物砂浆技术对老桥进行加固。计算分析表明基础沉降工况对拼接的影响最大,设计适当增加新桥墩台桩基长度并对桩基底部进行压浆处理,并在新桥上部结构施工完毕后,对梁体进行加载预压,以减少基础沉降的影响。
According to the structure characteristics and conditions of the existing bridge disease of Jiguan road intersection bridge,the old bridge is widened by a new bridge with the same structure type and strengtheed with high strengthened stainless steel wire mesh and permeability polymer mortar. Calculation and analysis indicate that foundation settlement has the greatest impact on widening reconstruction. The pile length of the abutment and pier of the new bridge is properly increased and pile bottom is treated by grouting technology,and the method of add loading prepressing on the box girder is used after completing the construction of the new bridge superstructures.
