摘要
根据泰州大桥钢桥面铺装特点和技术要求,对美国环氧沥青和日本环氧沥青2种材料作为防水粘结层的耐高温性能进行了研究。通过4种温度(23℃、60℃、220℃、250℃)的拉拔试验,得到了防水粘结层的不同温度下的敏感性。试验结果表明:环氧富锌漆经过220℃老化后,与钢板间粘结强度损失不大,只是颜色出现明显变化;而防水粘结层随着温度的升高,其拉拔强度下降很快,且美国环氧沥青防水粘结层高温老化后的拉拔强度与日本环氧沥青防水粘结层高温老化后的性能相差不大。本研究可为环氧沥青钢桥面防水粘结层施工提供参考。
In this paper, according to the specific and technical requirement for pavement of Taizhou Bridge, the high temperature properties of waterproof bonding layer constructed with American epoxy asphalt and Japanese epoxy asphalt respectively were studied. The high temperature sensitivity of the waterproof bonding layer were evaluated by pull-out text under four different temperatures(23℃、60℃、220℃、250℃). The test results shown that, after aging at 220℃, the adhesive strength between steel plates was seldomly lost, while the color of epoxy zinc-rich primer changed a lot. With the temperature raising, the pull-out strength of waterproof adhesive layer was decreased sharply, and little difference appeared between American epoxy asphalt and Japanese one. The paper could provide reference for construction of epoxy asphalt waterproof bonding layer.
