废气柴油重整器预混合过程的数值模拟

摘要 柴油废气重整是指柴油机废气、水蒸汽和柴油蒸汽在高温低压的环境下,通过催化剂的作用发生重整反应,生成氢气、甲烷和一氧化碳的过程。废气、水蒸汽和柴油蒸汽预混合的好坏直接关系着重整器中的催化反应,影响着氢气、甲烷和一氧化碳的生成量,所以要求混合气进入重整器之前混合要充分且均匀。本文利用FLUENT软件对废气、柴油蒸汽和水蒸汽的预混合过程进行了模拟,通过对六种不同类型的预混合模型模拟并分析,找出最佳的废气柴油重整器预混合模型。 Diesel exhaust reforming is the process, in which a catalytic reaction occurs with its reactants as diesel exhaust gas, water vapor and diesel steam and its products as H2 and CO under the conditions of high temperature and low pressure. However, the mixture of diesel exhaust gas, water vapor and diesel steam has a direct relation on the catalytic reaction in the reformer, affecting the generation of hydrogen, methane and carbon monoxide. In this way, the mixture which is injec- ted into the reformer should be premixed fully and uniformly. This paper simulates the premixing process of diesel exhaust gas, water vapor and diesel steam in the blender basing on FLUENT soft- ware. After analysis on the numerical simulation results of six different types of premixed, the de- sired premixed model of the diesel exhaust reformed is found.
