摘要
我国在立法上尚未对表决权信托制度做出明文规定,且目前我国在这方面的实例也甚少,因此,探讨股东表决权信托运作过程中会出现的问题也应该随着立法和实践的进程,逐步深入。笔者在本文中也仅就自己查阅的有关资料进行整理,提炼出几个值得研究的问题进行阐述。
Our country in the legislation has not yet made clear rules about the voting trust system and has also very few cases in this respect currently. Therefore, with the process of legislation and practice, the deeper exploration of problems arising in the operation of the shareholders＇ voting trust should be made. In this paper, the author extracts a few questions worthy of research based on the collated relevant information.
