Full Use of Alumni Resources and a New Employment Situation for College Students

校友"资源"是影响高校可持续发展的重要因素之一。高校如果能有效利用校友资源,将在后继学生毕业就业安置服务方面获得综合性支持。本文在分析校友资源在大学生就业方面优势的基础上,从同样重视"知名校友"和"普通校友"的作用、与校友企业联合开办大学生就业培训班、指导毕业生有效获取和利用校友资源等方面,探讨了如何依托、挖掘和促进校友资源在高校就业工作中的作用。

Alumni resources are one of important factors impacting the sustainable development of universities. If universities can effectively use alumni resources, they can receive comprehensive support in subsequent job placement services of college students. Based on the analysis of college alumni resources in employment, this paper stresses the role of both ＂famous alumni＂ and ＂ordinary alumni. ＂ It also explains that universities can jointly run the employment training course for college students together with alumni companies and guide students to gain effective access to and make use of alumni resources. In addition it analyzes how to tap alumni resources and promote the role of universities in employment.
