摘要
局部放电是引起PWM变频电机绝缘在高频连续脉冲条件下发生老化的重要因素之一,严重时将导致电机绝缘的击穿。由于高频连续脉冲的上升时间为ns级且幅值为k V级,故既加剧了电机绝缘的老化程度,也对局部放电检测系统提出了高要求。为了有效提取局部放电信号,提出了一种基于声电传感器构成的超声检测系统,用于高频局部放电的研究。
Partial discharge is PWM frequency conversion motor insulation aging in high frequency under the condition of continuous pulse one of the important factors, serious when will lead to motor insulation breakdown. Due to the high frequency continuous pulse rise time levels fbr ns anti amplitude for kV, exacerbating the motor insulation aging degree, also for partial discharge detection system put lb,'ward higher requirements. In order to effbetively extract the partial discharge signals, a kind of based on acoustoelectric sensor consistiug of uhrasnnie detection system was put forward used in the study of high frequency of partial discharge.
