摘要
中小学课本是基础教育质量的基础与保证,它关系学生进步、民族发展,关乎文化昌盛、社会文明。时下,有问题的中小学课本不鲜见,它显示并强烈要求:编、审中小学课本的管理方、组织方、实施方当高度重视课本建设,应用情、用心地做好课本的细节,提高课本文化品质。课本是提高基础教育质量的源头与依托,必须评估课本的文化质量,应让劣质课本出局;评估课本是教育改革、发展必备的内容。文章还就提升课本的文化质量与水平提出了一些建设性意见:必须认真地编写、审核教材,需提高编写者、编审者的素质,邀请经验丰富的师范大学教师参与编审,应健全课本质量管理制度,以制度保障课本品质。
Textbooks for primary and middle schools serve as the foundation to ensure the quality of basic education, which is closely related to students' development,national development, cultural prosperity, and social civilization. At present, there are problems in primary and middle school textbooks, which strongly require that the people in charge of textbook management, organization, and implementation should at- tach great importance to textbook editing. They should pay attention to textbook details wholeheartedly and improve the cultural quality of text- books. Textbooks are the source and backbone for fundamental education,so the enhancement of fundamental education is supposed to depend on the cultural quality of the textbooks. Therefore,low-quality textbooks should be banned. Textbook evaluation is an essential part in education reform and development. Moreover, this article also puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the cultural quality as well as the level of textbooks, which are:teachers should edit the textbooks conscientiously;the authors and editors should enhance their quality;experienced teachers from teachers' universities should be invited to join in editing;the textbook quality management system should be perfected in order to guarantee the quality of textbooks through systems.
