摘要
在军事院校体制改革和教育改革过程中,士官教育技能性和实践性的教育目标不断得到强化。青年教员的成长,既是士官教育目标实现过程中亟待解决的现实问题,也是青年教员自身发展的必然要求。青年教员的培养,应坚持"123"模式,即"一个中心"就是以提高教学质量为中心,"两个意识"就是加强忠诚、爱国的奉献意识和加强进取、奋斗的敬业意识,"三个实践"就是提高自身教学能力的实践、提高自身科研能力的实践、提高自身应用能力的实践,只要措施合理、手段科学,青年教员就会在实践中不断成长,成为士官教育的中坚力量。
In the system reform and education reform of military universities and colleges, the skill-oriented and the practice-oriented education of sergeants is continuously strengthened. The growth of young instructors is not only a problem of practical significance that needs to be solved, but also an inevitable prerequisite for young instructors' development. It is necessary to adhere to the "123" mode during the training of young instructors,namely,"one center" that aims to improve the quality of teaching,"two conseiousnesses" that are focused on the strengthening of their sense of loyalty, their patriotic dedication and enterprising spirit, and their professional consciousness, and finally "three practices" that refer to the practice to improve their teaching ability, to improve their scientific research ability and to improve their application ability. As long as reasonable measures are taken,combined with scientific means, young faculty will grow in practice and eventually become the backbone in sergeant education.
